Delivery and Returns
Shipments to The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg are free of charge when your order comes to more than 60 euro.
Shipments to Austria, Denmark, France, Switzerland, and The United Kingdom are free of charge when your order comes to more than 75 euro.
Shipments to Czech Republic, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Spain and Sweden are free of charge when your order comes to more than 100 euro.
Shipments to Norway, Poland, Portugal, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia are free of charge when your order comes to more than 150 euro.
To all other countries, shipment is free of charge when your order comes to more than 200 euro.
If you place your order before 15.00h CET in the afternoon, your order will be shipped out the same day with the exception of weekends and during bank holidays.
Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so that you can follow the delivery online. Feel free to mail us at email@example.com if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.
RETURNS & SERVICE
If for whatever reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please send to us the following regarding your refund:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
- To complete your return, we require a completed return form.
- The original invoice you have received when delivered.
- The name and account number for returning the refund amount. Please write this down on the original invoice.

We will refund the purchase price within ten working days to your account number. Returning your order via post or courier is at your own expense. If you want to exchange an item for a different colour, write down the correct colour on your original invoice. Once we have received your return, we will ship the new item(s).
To return a damaged or wrong item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with clear images of the specific items.
